1. Purpose and scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to Kestrel Line calls, SMS, MMS, voicemail, contacts, media, number activation, and related communications tools. It supplements the Kestrel Terms of Service.
Kestrel Line is intended for legitimate personal, education, employment, relocation, and small-business communications by an accountable account owner. It is not a bulk, anonymous, deceptive, or emergency communications service.
2. Consent, identity, and opt-outs
- Contact only people you have a lawful and reasonable basis to contact, and preserve consent evidence when consent is required.
- Identify yourself accurately. Do not spoof, impersonate, misrepresent affiliation, or conceal a commercial purpose.
- Honor STOP and other valid opt-out requests immediately. Do not route around a block or opt-out using another number, account, or channel.
- Provide HELP or support information where messaging rules require it.
3. Prohibited communications
- spam, unsolicited bulk outreach, purchased contact lists, lead blasting, or high-volume automated campaigns
- fraud, phishing, credential theft, deceptive offers, unlawful debt collection, or payment diversion
- harassment, stalking, threats, hate, exploitation, doxxing, sexual abuse material, or nonconsensual intimate content
- malware, malicious links, evasion of carrier filtering, number cycling, traffic pumping, or artificial call generation
- unlawful regulated-product promotion, illegal gambling, controlled-substance sales, or conduct prohibited by applicable carrier rules
- attempts to call emergency short codes or present Line as an emergency-capable service
4. Automation and volume limits
Kestrel Line does not grant access to arbitrary dialing or messaging automation. Rate limits, concurrency limits, daily recipient limits, allowance limits, and provider controls may apply even when a communication would otherwise be permitted.
You may not evade a limit, create coordinated accounts, resell access, or use Kestrel Line as an autodialer, predictive dialer, call center, or broadcast messaging platform without a separate written and reviewed product agreement.
5. Media, privacy, and sensitive information
- Do not upload executable, malicious, infringing, unlawful, or nonconsensual media.
- Do not use Line to collect passwords, payment credentials, Social Security numbers, recovery codes, or private portal credentials.
- Call recording is not supported. Do not attempt to bypass that restriction through hidden tooling or an undisclosed third-party recorder.
- Respect applicable communications, wiretap, recording, marketing, employment, and privacy laws in every relevant jurisdiction.
6. Emergency limitation
Kestrel Line cannot call 911 or other emergency services. Do not rely on Line for safety-of-life, urgent medical, fire, police, crisis, or disaster communications. Keep access to a local mobile, landline, or other emergency-capable service and know the emergency number where you are physically located.
7. Enforcement and cooperation
Kestrel may block a message or call, pause a capability, suspend a number, require additional verification, preserve relevant records, investigate an abuse report, or close Line when reasonably necessary for safety, security, provider requirements, nonpayment, legal compliance, or a suspected policy violation.
We may cooperate with carriers, providers, courts, regulators, or law enforcement when legally required or when permitted to protect people and the service. We do not promise advance notice where notice would be unlawful, unsafe, or compromise an investigation.
8. Reporting and contact
Report suspected Kestrel Line abuse to hello@mansamerch.xyz with 'Kestrel Line abuse' in the subject line. Include relevant dates and account-safe context, but do not email passwords, payment credentials, identity documents, or unnecessary message content.
